Lockbox File Log Tab

The lockbox file log tab holds high level lockbox file information.

To Navigate to the File Log Tab

On the Utility menu, click SETUP. The Setup Console is displayed.
In the Setup Console pane, click Interface > Lockbox. The file log tab is displayed.

On the file log tab, there are several options for working with lockbox files:

[Import File]: Gives the ability to manually upload files from a local PC. If this option is not displayed and the user needs access to this option, adjustments to the user's security will need to be made. See the Setup > Lockbox Security topic for more information.
[Refresh]: Click [Refresh] to update the current view of files.
Filters: Click [Show] or [Hide] to toggle the Search Filters screen.
Showing Page: The Arrow icons can be used to navigate through pages of search results.

Go to page: Click the Go to page arrow to open a list of all search results pages. Select the desired page number to open that page of search results.
Details: Two possible icons can be displayed in this column, the Warning icon and the Error icon. Clicking on a Warning icon will allow the user to correct an exception and continue processing a file by clicking the icon and then clicking Accept. An Error icon denotes an exception that cannot continue processing.
File Name: The name of file retrieved from the client.
File Number: The File Number that uniquely identifies the file.
Date Generated: The date the file was generated.
Date Received: The date that the file is received by Nexsure.
Date Completed: The date that all exceptions within the file are completed.
Imported By: The name of the person logged on that imported the files. Most files will be downloaded automatically so the Imported By name will be System.
Status: There are three possible status types:
Completed: The file has been fully processed.
Processing: The file has exceptions at the batch or receipt level.
Error: This message will vary depending on the type of exception. Hold the pointer over the exception Status and a pop-up message will provide detailed information regarding the exception.
Remove: Permits the removal of the lockbox file.
